Attendees will arrive on Monday 10th Oct with the formal agenda beginning the morning of Tuesday 11th. MovingBeyond 2022 will close after lunch on Thursday 13th October. During the event there will be a balance between core sessions and optional activities in the mornings and evenings to ensure attendees get the chance to connect back to nature and to themselves. There will also be pre-reading and the opportunity to ‘meet’ fellow attendees ahead of the event online.

A fun, free-form and inspiring dance session. Moving how we feel, out of our heads and into our bodies, MovingBeyond ideas and into greater presence.
We dance through a wave of uplifting music! Easing into it at the start, building to a peak and gradually winding down to chill at the end and then have a brief check in afterwards.
