Our 2022 event will be held in the splendour and unspoilt natural beauty of the Ceredigion countryside. Engulfed in woods, wildlife, and Welsh wonder, our location is nestled in 200 acres of farmland flanked by the panoramic Teifi Marshes to one side, Cilgerran gorge to the other, with the Teifi river flowing serenely through its heart.

Forward planning is essential. Please arrange your travel in good time and wherever possible, consider the most environmentally conscious methods in keeping with the theme of the event.

We are advising that all guests arrive at Fforest in good time to join us for the welcome dinner, scheduled for approximately 6.00pm Monday 10th October.

The event will close after lunch on Thursday 13th October, at approximately 3pm.
